Erase what is on your iPhone

Open the menu → Settings → Erase everything on this device. This permanently deletes your check-ins, entries and plans on that iPhone.

Leave Connectedness

Open Connectedness and choose Leave Connectedness. Everything you have there is deleted straight away.

Delete your account

In the app, open the menu → Settings → Account details → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, everything in Connectedness and what the app saved on that iPhone. Entries already saved to Apple Health stay in the Health app. If you can no longer sign in, write to privacy@exceptionalrecall.com from the account's email address.

If you need help now

ExceptionalRecall is not an emergency service and nobody watches your entries. If you or someone else is in danger, call 112 or your local emergency number. In Portugal you can also call SNS 24 on 808 24 24 24.
